Breeze Airways: New Routes, Changes Ahead

Breeze Airways is set to enhance its network with the addition of three new routes, one of which establishes a connection between two cities already served by the airline. Notably, Breeze will commence services from Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport in Mississippi to both Las Vegas and Tampa, starting in January. Emphasizing their commitment to bridging gaps in nonstop flight options, Breeze President Tom Doxey highlighted the convenience and affordability this brings to residents of Gulfport and Biloxi.
In a strategic move, Breeze will discontinue its flights to and from Tulsa International Airport in Oklahoma, including routes to Orlando and New Orleans, effective November. However, the airline will introduce a new connection between Raleigh-Durham International Airport and Ohio’s Akron-Canton Airport in February 2024. This addition solidifies the importance of these airports as crucial hubs for Breeze, contributing to a total of 19 flights from the two locations, establishing them as de facto hubs in the Midwest and South for the airline.
