United Airlines Introduces ‘Grab-N-Go’ Snack Stations on Select Flights
United Airlines is launching a new inflight perk called the ‘Grab-N-Go’ snack station, providing passengers on select flights with complimentary traditional snacks and bottled water. The station operates on a first-come, first-served basis and is available after the main cabin service. Exclusive to United’s A321neo aircraft, the service is initially introduced on flights covering 801 miles or more.
The airline is making several customer-centric changes, including a novel boarding system and plans to upgrade its entertainment system on specific planes by 2025. United Airlines CEO Scott Kirby has been highlighting the airline’s ongoing efforts to enhance passenger experience.
