Signature dishes include: Carpaccio De Sériole Du Japon: yellowtail carpaccio, guacamole, and citrus dressing; Crevettes Tiédes á L’huile D’Olive: warm prawns, olive oil, and lemon juice; and Côtelettes D’agneau Vivienne: marinated lamb cutlets with olive, aubergine caviar, and pine nuts.
