Allegiant’s Spring 2024 Expansion: 12 New Affordable Routes
Allegiant Air is set to make a splash in Spring 2024 with the announcement of twelve new nonstop routes to sought-after vacation destinations. Celebrating this extensive network expansion across 22 cities in the United States, Allegiant is making travel even more accessible with one-way fares as low as $49 on the new routes. Notably, this expansion marks the inclusion of Orlando International Airport in Allegiant’s network, a significant milestone as the airline’s first new station since March 2022.
Among the new routes, Orlando is set to become a key hub with services from Asheville Regional Airport (commencing May 3, 2024), Lehigh Valley International Airport (May 16, 2024), and McGhee Tyson Airport (May 17, 2024). Drew Wells, Senior Vice President at Allegiant, expressed enthusiasm for the new destinations, highlighting the airline’s commitment to providing affordable, nonstop travel options that resonate positively with their customers.
Allegiant’s expanded routes also promise exciting connections, including Orlando Sanford International Airport to Rapid City Regional Airport, St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport to Bismarck Airport, and Los Angeles International Airport to Billings-Logan International Airport, all taking flight in May 2024. Additional routes encompass Nashville International Airport to Chicago Rockford International Airport, Harry Reid International Airport to Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport, and Punta Gorda Airport to Dulles International Airport, all launching on May 16, 2024.
The airline is not stopping there, as Allegiant introduces novel flights between Newark Liberty International Airport and Appleton International Airport (beginning May 17, 2024), Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and Cherry Capital Airport (May 17, 2024), and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport and Eugene Airport (May 31, 2024). Allegiant’s strategic expansion underscores its dedication to opening up diverse travel opportunities and providing an array of low-cost, convenient nonstop options for passengers across the nation.
