World of Hyatt Unveils Enhanced Milestone Rewards for 2024

Starting from January 1, 2024, the World of Hyatt program is set to launch a revamped set of benefits, aiming to provide increased flexibility and choices for its members. This move underscores the ongoing commitment of World of Hyatt to invest in offerings that resonate with members, encouraging them to embrace the transformative nature of travel. The newly expanded Milestone Rewards within the World of Hyatt program are strategically designed to offer a broader range of awards and choices at various milestones, allowing members to tailor their rewards based on their preferences.
Mark Vondrasek, Chief Commercial Officer at Hyatt, emphasized the customer-centric approach that has contributed to a fourfold increase in membership over the past five years. Vondrasek stated, “We look for new ways to care for our World of Hyatt members by offering benefits that matter most and can be shared.” This commitment is reflected in the introduction of Milestone Rewards, which provides members with more options to earn points for future free nights, upgrade their stays with suite accommodations, or enhance their well-being experiences during their travels.

One notable addition to the Milestone Rewards is the “2K Next Stay” bonus, allowing members to earn an extra 2,000 Bonus Points on their subsequent stay at specific Hyatt properties. Additionally, the introduction of the FIND Experience Credit provides members with the flexibility to use credits ranging from $25 to $300 on various FIND experiences globally, depending on the achieved Milestone Reward.
Furthermore, the Milestone Rewards encompass significant benefits such as the “Guest of Honor Award,” enabling members to extend Globalist benefits to someone they care about, starting at 40 qualifying nights in a year. The Miraval Extra Night reward allows members to enjoy a complimentary second night at a Miraval resort after staying one night. The Ultimate Free Night Award, earned at 150 qualifying nights in a year, provides the opportunity to enjoy a free night in select hotels, all-inclusive resorts, or participating Miraval resorts.

The new Milestone Rewards reflect the insights gained from member feedback, offering a wider array of options to craft a personalized and rewarding travel journey within the transformative experiences that World of Hyatt provides.
